Delete your Bebelino account

You can delete your Bebelino account and its data at any time, directly in the app. If you no longer have the app installed, you can ask us to do it for you.

Delete in the app

1. Open Bebelino and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
4. Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Deletion happens immediately and can’t be undone.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address you signed up with, and we’ll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Email a deletion request

Or write to despamihai66@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to confirm you own the account.

What gets deleted

• Your account: email address, password and account ID.
• Your profile: display name and preferences.
• Your membership in your family, and your name in the family’s member list.
• If you are the last member of your family: the family, its invite code, your baby’s profile and all feed, sleep, diaper and growth logs.

What is kept

• If other caregivers are still in your family, the baby’s profile and the logs remain available to them, because they are shared family records. Logs you added are shown as added by a “Former member”. To remove everything, the remaining members can delete the family from their own Settings, or each delete their account.
• Residual copies in our provider’s (Google Firebase) systems are permanently erased within their standard deletion period, typically no more than 6 months.

We keep no other copies. See the privacy policy for details.
