BebelinoTerms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Bebelino mobile app, provided by DESPA MIHAI-LIVIU PFA (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
1. Not medical advice
Bebelino is a tracking and information tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The week-by-week guide describes typical development in general terms, and summaries and growth charts are for your information only. Every baby is different. Always consult your pediatrician or another qualified health professional about your baby’s health, and call your local emergency number in an emergency. Never delay seeking care because of something you read or saw in the app.
2. Who can use Bebelino
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You should only add a baby you are a parent or authorized caregiver of.
3. Your account
- Provide an email address you control, and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
4. Families and sharing
Anyone who joins your family with its invite code can view, add, edit and delete the baby’s profile and logs. Only share the code with people you trust, and create a new code in Settings if it has been shared with the wrong person. Members can leave a family at any time; the last member can delete it.
5. Your content
You own the information you enter. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to operate the app for you and your family, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app: for example, don’t try to access other families’ data, interfere with or overload the service, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Bebelino available and accurate, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost. Consider keeping your own records of anything critical, such as information your pediatrician asks for. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut down the app, we will give reasonable notice where possible.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Bebelino and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
9. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
11. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
